TRON energy (Energy) is a resource on the TRON network used to execute smart contracts and make transfers. When your account has insufficient energy, TRX must be spent on transaction fees. Renting energy lets you use the rented energy to cover these fees and save TRX.

When can I use the rented energy?

After a successful transfer, energy usually arrives automatically within a few seconds. If it has not arrived after 1 minute, please contact support.

How long does a rental last?

Energy is rented by the hour and automatically reclaimed when the rental expires. Please use it before expiry.

Does an address without USDT need more energy?

If the receiving address has no USDT, twice as much energy is required to complete the transfer. We recommend ensuring that the receiving address already has a USDT balance before transferring.

What if the energy has not arrived after payment?

Possible reasons include: 1) an incorrect transfer amount; 2) insufficient available energy; 3) network delays. Please check your transfer records. If the transfer is confirmed but the energy has not arrived, contact support promptly.
